Job summary

Allaboutcaringmntc is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide 1:1 care in structured home settings in Minnesota. You will perform hands-on ADL support, assist with daily routines, monitor health, provide behavioral support, assist with meals, and help clients engage in community activities.

Ability to provide hands-on care.
Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on assistance with ADLs (dressing, hygiene, toileting, mobility, meals).
Support structured daily routines and independence goals.
Monitor health, seizure activity, and behavioral changes (as assigned).
Implement positive support and de-escalation strategies.
Assist with meal preparation and light household tasks.
Support community participation and transportation needs.
Complete accurate and timely SOAP documentation.
Follow incident reporting and emergency protocols.
