Job summary

Capitol Region Education Council is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 behavioral intervention services to students with special needs. You will implement Applied Behavior Analysis programs under BCBA supervision and contribute to individualized treatment plans.

The role emphasizes data collection, collaboration with BCBA, crisis management training, and ongoing supervision. You will support teachers and clinical staff in implementing skill acquisition activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with ABA preferred.
• Ability to work with children with special needs and diverse behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 and group-based ABA interventions.
• Assist BCBA/Supervisor with data collection and skill acquisition plans.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold safety procedures during interactions.
• Attend supervision meetings and apply feedback from BCBA clinical supervisors.
