Capitol Region Education Council (CREC) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for Museum Building Blocks program. The role provides 1:1 behavioral intervention to children with special needs, following ABA-based programming under BCBA supervision.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 client care in 1:1 and group settings with intensive teaching and natural environment training.
• Perform duties per the RBT Task List (2nd ed.) as directed by BCBA/Supervisor.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed and overseen by BCBA.
• Maintain student confidentiality and data integrity through daily data collection and graphing.
• Attend supervision meetings with the BCBA clinical supervisor and respond to feedback.
