Job summary

The CAPITOL REGION EDUCATION COUNCIL is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 behavioral intervention services to children with special needs in Hartford, CT. Responsibilities include implementing Applied Behavioral Analysis programming, conducting data collection, and assisting teachers and clinical staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings utilizing a combination of intensive teaching and natural environment training arrangements.
• Implement individualized treatment outlined in the student's Behavior Treatment Plan.
• Daily data collection and graphing of all required data.
• Assist teachers and clinical staff in preparing student materials as instructed.
