Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under supervision of a BCBA. The role includes documenting services, managing availability in the EMR, and maintaining professional communication with the team.

Requires at least 18 years old, a HS Diploma or GED, and completion of 40-hour RBT training (or willingness to obtain). Pay is $18.00–$22.00 per hour with potential for more hours.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old with a HS Diploma or GED.
• Passion for working with children, especially those with neuro-divergent behaviors.
• Minimum 1 year working with children.
• Reliable transportation.
• Completion of 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician training; training provided if needed; willingness to obtain RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Works 1:1 with a child in performing ABA therapy under supervision.
• Ensures billing is submitted in a timely fashion and documentation supports services.
• Updates availability in the EMR platform and notifies Client Advocate of changes.
• Communicates with Client Advocate and Supervisor regarding assigned client(s).
• Follows BACB ethics in service delivery and professionalism.
• Performs other related duties as required.
