Job summary

Powerback is seeking a Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under BCBA supervision. You will implement ABA techniques to help teach new skills and modify behaviors, aligned with individual treatment plans.

Responsibilities include accurate documentation, timely billing, and maintaining communication with a client advocate and supervisor. Opportunities for growth, mentorship, and visa sponsorship are highlighted in the program.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year working with children.
• Passion for working with children, especially neuro-divergent behaviors.
• Reliable transportation to and from shifts.
• Completion of 40 hour RBT training; or willingness to obtain RBT certification.
• HS Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children under supervision.
• Follow behavior treatment plan and document services.
• Update availability in EMR and communicate with Client Advocate.
• Coordinate with Supervisor and Client Advocate as needed.
• Adhere to BACB ethics in service delivery.
