Job summary

Blue Gems ABA seeks a dedicated RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans created by the supervising BCBA and collect data on progress to guide interventions.

The role requires active RBT certification or eligibility, a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred), and reliable transportation to client sites. Strong communication and a passion for helping families are essential.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
