Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized plans and collect progress data using clinical software, while collaborating with families and supervising BCBAs to ensure consistent skill generalization.

The role requires an Active RBT, a high school diploma (bachelor’s in related field a plus), and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
