Job summary

Blue Gems ABA seeks an RBT to work 1:1 with children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing individualized behavior plans under supervision. You will collect data, support skill development, and collaborate with families to ensure consistency and progress.

The role requires RBT certification (or eligibility), a high school diploma, and experience with autism; a valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's in Psychology or related field a plus.
Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Strong verbal and written communication; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBA.
Collect accurate real-time data on client progress.
Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers.
Maintain a safe, engaging environment during sessions.
