Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy seeks an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized intervention plans, collect progress data, and work closely with a supervising BCBA and families to ensure skill generalization.

The role emphasizes reliability, strong communication, and a passion for helping families achieve meaningful outcomes. Training and support are provided within a collaborative clinical team.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment during sessions.
