Job summary

Holding Hands Pediatric Therapy & Adult Services in Rosemead, CA is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy across Clinic, Home, Community, and School settings under the guidance of a BCBA. No experience required; full training is provided, with support for RBT certification.

You will collect data, implement treatment plans, and collaborate with the clinical team to help clients improve communication, independence, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Willingness to learn and grow in ABA.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy as a Behavior Technician.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Support skill development, communication, and independence.
