Job summary

Holding Hands Pediatric Therapy & Adult Services is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy across clinic, home, community, and school settings under supervision from a BCBA.

You will help clients grow, collect data, and collaborate with the clinical team; a sign-on bonus and fully paid training are offered, along with health insurance, a 401(k), RBT support, and flexible part‑time schedules.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the field of ABA.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy as a Behavior Technician.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Support skill development, communication, and independence.
• Collect and track client data accurately.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team members.
• Build strong, supportive relationships with clients and families.
