Job summary

You will collect data, follow active protocols, and use reinforcement strategies to keep sessions productive and engaging while maintaining professional boundaries with families and supervising staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Current RBT certification or within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with learners.
• Implement treatment targets and follow active binder protocols.
• Record data and document session notes accurately.
• Use token economy and reinforcement strategies to support learning.
• Maintain professional boundaries with families and supervisees.
• Communicate issues to supervisor and report injuries or concerns.
