Job summary

Achievement Behavior Services is seeking ABA Behavior Technicians to provide direct, one-on-one ABA services in clients' home environments. You will be supervised by a BCBA and contribute to individualized Behavior Intervention Plans to improve communication, focus, and adaptive behaviors.

Applicants should have ABA-related studies or certifications (RBT preferred), and demonstrate strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work in home settings with children aged 3 to 23.

Qualifications

• Formal education in ABA, psychology or related field.
• RBT certification or eligibility required/advantageous.
• CPR/AED/First Aid training recommended.
• Strong communication with families and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a child in their home environment.
• Collect daily data and track progress toward goals.
• Collaborate with BCBA supervisor to adjust interventions.
• Document progress notes aligned with treatment plans.
