Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking a caring therapist to implement Applied Behavior Analysis programs for youth with developmental disabilities in home or community settings. You will provide 1:1 therapy, track progress, and report to a supervising BCBA.

Responsibilities include teaching communication and social skills, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring programs align with treatment goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two or more years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA-driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in homes or community settings.
• Provide 1:1 therapy in home or community settings.
• Implement goals under supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst.
• Provide progress feedback to supervisor.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social skills, and other goals.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies.
