Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seekingBehavior Technicians to provide in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA for children from ages 2 to 15. You will implement individualized behavioral plans and collect data to demonstrate progress to families and supervisors.

Flexible part-time evening/afternoon shifts, paid training, and a supportive team environment are offered. If you love working with kids and have dependable transportation, this is a rewarding role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Prior experience with behavioral challenges or special needs preferred.
• HIPAA confidentiality awareness and discreet documentation required.
• Reliable transportation to commute to locations.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement BCBA-designed behavioral plans.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report on treatment effectiveness.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing plans.
• Be responsive to clients, families, and supervisors’ needs.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and applicable parties.
• Assist with activities that require physical movement and engagement with children.
