Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide 1-1 ABA services in home settings for children aged 2-15. This part-time role offers after-school hours with paid training and a supportive team environment.

You will work closely with BCBAs to implement treatment plans and collect progress data, while engaging and guiding families along the way. Ideal candidates have a passion for helping children, reliable transportation, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home implementing behavioral plans
• Collect data to monitor progress of treatment plans
• Train families on implementing treatment plans
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors
• Assist BCBA with client activities and safety
