Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our home-based treatment team. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing ABA plans under BCBA supervision, in the clients' homes. The role offers flexible part-time evening hours and paid training to support your growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Exposure to ASD or other developmental disabilities is preferred, though comprehensive training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan and report progress.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties.
• SCHEDULE - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 4pm-630pm or 5pm-730pm
