IT Application Specialist

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS SQL, EDI, FTP, and web services integration.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to manage and implement IT systems effectively.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in related IT Field.
- Provide technical support for WMS, TMS, and other IT applications to ensure smooth operations.
- Act as a key contributor to new WMS project implementations, including system setup, integration, and deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during system implementation and maintenance phases.
- Ensure all IT activities align with approved processes and company standards.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including project managers, suppliers, and data integration teams.
- Monitor and optimize IT systems to improve operational efficiency and sustainability.
- Maintain accurate inventory tracking within IT systems and ensure timely updates.
