Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher,
- Proficiency in English,
- Experience in distributor and sales team management,
- A strong customer network in the distribution and HoReCa (hotel/restaurant/catering) sectors,
- Solid knowledge of the HoReCa industry and the ability to analyze and manage the market,
- Up-to-date knowledge and experience in Turkey’s HoReCa channel structure,
- Experience in customer and product segmentation,
- Strong planning and organizational skills,
- Analytical mindset with strong presentation and reporting skills,
- Team-oriented, customer-focused, and effective communication skills,
- Ability to build new distribution networks, define measurement criteria, and manage the process end-to-end,
- Experience in creating work plans and budget tracking.
Job Description
- Develop and manage the HoReCa sales channel in the Turkish market,
- Prepare and monitor the sales budget,
- Communicate channel needs to relevant departments based on market and customer data,
- Identify new products with sales potential,
- Gather data by monitoring the products, services, sales, and marketing activities of local and global competitors,
- Provide data to support channel pricing strategies,
- Support existing business partners in reaching their sales targets by developing strategies and ideas,
- Identify new business partners and target markets, arrange visits, participate in fairs, and promote products,
- Visit national and international business partners to promote company goals, products, and services,
- Represent the company at domestic and international trade fairs, identify new strategic fairs, and report them to the marketing department,
- Lead the annual goal-setting process for the department,
- Ensure the implementation of company strategies and system approaches.
