Role Description
As a Sales & Marketing Specialist, you will collaborate with our international sales team to expand AiFA’s footprint across Türkiye and EMEA. This dynamic role blends sales and marketing activities, requiring a tech-savvy individual with excellent communication skills, a passion for AI solutions, and a strategic mindset.
Responsibilities
Sales Support
- Work closely with the international sales team to identify and pursue sales opportunities.
- Support lead generation efforts, including researching potential clients and qualifying leads.
- Assist in managing the sales process, from initial outreach to deal closure.
- Maintain and update CRM tools with client data and progress.
Marketing Activities
- Execute digital marketing campaigns to promote AiFA’s AI solutions in Türkiye and EMEA.
- Create and manage marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and social media content.
- Organize and support participation in industry events, webinars, and trade shows.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics.
Market Insights
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity in the AI industry.
- Provide insights to the sales team to refine strategies and product positioning.
Customer Engagement
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Gather customer feedback to improve products and services.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Lead Conversion Rate: Percentage of qualified leads converted to paying customers.
- Sales Support Efficiency: Timely and accurate support provided to the international sales team.
- Marketing Campaign ROI: Return on investment for marketing campaigns executed in Türkiye and EMEA.
- Event Success: Number of leads generated and partnerships formed during events and trade shows.
- Content Engagement: Performance of marketing materials and social media content (e.g., clicks, shares, inquiries).
- Customer Feedback: Positive feedback and satisfaction ratings from clients.
- Market Research Impact: Quality and relevance of insights provided to improve sales and marketing strategies.
Skills and Qualifications
Experience
- 5+ years in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in the AI industry is highly desirable.
Core Skills
- Strong understanding of technology and AI solutions.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in European languages (e.g., French, German) is a plus.
- Experience with digital marketing, lead generation, and CRM tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a team.
- Ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field.
- An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
