Role Description

As a Sales & Marketing Specialist, you will collaborate with our international sales team to expand AiFA’s footprint across Türkiye and EMEA. This dynamic role blends sales and marketing activities, requiring a tech-savvy individual with excellent communication skills, a passion for AI solutions, and a strategic mindset.

Responsibilities

Sales Support

  • Work closely with the international sales team to identify and pursue sales opportunities.
  • Support lead generation efforts, including researching potential clients and qualifying leads.
  • Assist in managing the sales process, from initial outreach to deal closure.
  • Maintain and update CRM tools with client data and progress.

Marketing Activities

  • Execute digital marketing campaigns to promote AiFA’s AI solutions in Türkiye and EMEA.
  • Create and manage marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and social media content.
  • Organize and support participation in industry events, webinars, and trade shows.
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics.

Market Insights

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity in the AI industry.
  • Provide insights to the sales team to refine strategies and product positioning.

Customer Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Gather customer feedback to improve products and services.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Lead Conversion Rate: Percentage of qualified leads converted to paying customers.
  • Sales Support Efficiency: Timely and accurate support provided to the international sales team.
  • Marketing Campaign ROI: Return on investment for marketing campaigns executed in Türkiye and EMEA.
  • Event Success: Number of leads generated and partnerships formed during events and trade shows.
  • Content Engagement: Performance of marketing materials and social media content (e.g., clicks, shares, inquiries).

Skills and Qualifications

Experience

  • 5+ years in sales, marketing, or a related field.
