We are looking for a “Procurement Specialist" with below requirement for our client operating in cryogenic tank production as a part of manufacturing sector in Bandırma, Balıkesir.

• Source and evaluate suppliers, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and company requirements.
• Manage end-to-end procurement processes, from RFQs and negotiations to order placement and delivery follow-up
• Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to understand technical requirements and delivery timelines
• Prepare, review, and manage supplier contracts, ensuring terms and conditions align with company policies and project needs
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contract clauses with suppliers to optimize cost, delivery, and quality performance
• Maintain and improve vendor relationships; monitor supplier performance through KPIs and regular evaluations
• Ensure timely procurement to support production schedules and avoid material shortages
• Keep accurate records of procurement activities and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
• Monitor market trends and identify new sourcing opportunities or cost-saving initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Ability to manage multiple procurement projects and priorities in a fast-paced production environment
• Fluent in English (written and spoken), technical English terminology knowledge is essential
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g.,Mikrofly)
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, negotiation, communication and organizational skills
