What will your day/week look like with us:

• Contribute to the development of operational excellence (OPEX) strategies and implement them in the field.
• Plan and execute continuous improvement projects.
• Identify inefficiencies and waste through Gemba meetings with teams.
• Conduct data analysis and develop solutions using lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and similar methodologies.
• Collaborate with lean teams to develop tools and methodologies.
• Lead project teams, assign tasks, and monitor progress.
• Execute cross‑functional process improvement projects in collaboration with departments.
• Build continuous improvement awareness among employees through training.
• Establish and monitor KPI systems and set improvement targets.
• Ensure project outputs are measured and regularly reported to senior management.
• Provide mentoring on the use of OPEX tools and lead the cultural transformation.
• Perform other responsibilities assigned related to the area of responsibility.

What are the requirements that we expect from a successful talent:

• Graduated from related undergraduate programs such as Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical‑Electronics, Business Administration, etc.
• At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing, quality, process management, or lean transformation,
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma (preferably Green/Black Belt certified),
• Work experience in a multinational environment,
• SAP experience,
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office,
• Good command of written and spoken English,
• High flexibility, strong personality and eager to take initiative,
• Reliable work ethic,
• Highly motivated and problem solver with good communication skills.
