We are looking for a Helpdesk Assistant for our office at Kozyatağı/Kadıköy

Tasks
  • Carrying out the necessities for the most efficient use of computers, smart phones and all kinds of electronic devices allocated to the company employees and delivering them to the personnel.
  • Installation of devices such as phones, computers, laptops, and keeping up inventory entries up to date.
  • Solving hardware and software problems encountered by employees in computer environments and providing first level help desk service.
  • Contacting necessary outsource agencies for electrical issues, server issues, phone line issues and staying at the office until all the repairs are done.
  • Contacting the necessary companies in case of computer technical malfunctions and following up the maintenance and repair works.
  • Carrying out market research and purchasing of company devices. (Laptops, Phones etc.)
  • The employee will be responsible for both our Kozyatağı and Pendik offices.
Requirements
  • University Graduate
  • Must have driver's license
  • Good command of English (Reading/Writing) is a must
  • A good team player, solution-oriented and quick decision-making skills
