• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business and technical analysis within the context of software development projects.
• Hands‑on experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.
• Proficient with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, Miro, and draw.io for documentation and project management.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on stakeholder management and technical requirements communication.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze complex systems and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple squads and priorities simultaneously.

• Gather, analyze, and document both functional and technical requirements across multiple squads (business and technical).
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, and Development Teams to convert business requirements into well‑defined, actionable user stories and tasks.
• Develop functional specifications, user stories, wireframes, data flow diagrams, and technical design documentation.
• Contribute to backlog refinement and sprint planning sessions, ensuring that user stories are well‑defined and ready for development.
• Review API documentation and third‑party integration specifications, ensuring seamless implementation and adherence to integration standards.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks, providing mitigation strategies and solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that business requirements are aligned with both strategic objectives and technical feasibility.
• Maintain end‑to‑end traceability of requirements through all stages of the development lifecycle.
• Propose and implement best practices for process optimization, requirements documentation, and analysis methodologies.
