Job description

This position is part of the ABLOY Business Unit within ASSA ABLOY Group and focuses on expanding and developing the ABLOY product portfolio in the region. This role will report directly to the ABLOY Türkiye Regional Manager.

What do we expect from this role?
  • Grow and develop existing accounts with mechanical, electromechanical locking devices and key as well as cylinder systems.
  • To grow and develop existing accounts with all product groups in the portfolio.
  • Build and grow long term relationships and network with market influencers and users like architects, system integrators, security consultants, market specialists, and work together with Company Group Teams and others; educate, train or advice these stakeholders.
  • Work closely with customers in order to deliver projects and specifications on time and according to the budget (Professional End User relationship is a plus).
  • Deliver projects and specifications on time and within budget, working closely with clients to manage the end-to-end processes of projects (professional end-user relations are a plus).
  • Build sales concepts and implement them.
What is required for this role?
  • Ability to specify and recommend mechanical and electromechanical products and solutions.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop tailored solutions.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region and occasionally abroad.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong presentation skills.
  • Experience in project planning, execution, and strategic development.
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.
