Job Description

• Identify and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Perform regular system maintenance and updates.
• Install hardware, cabling, and software components.
• Document system configurations and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate effectively with end users and IT management.
• Apply security patches and temporary fixes when needed.
• Set up company accounts for new employees and deliver fully operational IT equipment.
• Install required software based on employees' positions and access needs.
• Keep accurate inventory of company IT equipment; store, format, and dispatch devices when required.
• Coordinate with the central IT department in Italy to ensure timely fulfillment of IT needs.
• Liaise with the SIM card provider for new line activations, cancellations, and related administrative processes.
