Senior Specialist Outgoing Inspection

1. Obtain products that can be released with good quality after discovering problems through outgoing inspection before the release and make improvements.
2. Minimize cost of quality loss through securing good quality and realize customer satisfaction.

1. Analyze all the production and outgoing processes. Specify a validation plan for shipping goods based on the processes.
2. Organize measured data. Analyze data after checking data distribution and discovering additional action items when there is a defect.
3. Establish and execute outgoing inspection processes. Plan for and participate in analyzing bad samples.
4. Identify items requiring quality improvement by understanding customer requirements. Maintain stability.
5. Analyze the cause of defects and scope of affected goods. Establish and implement improvement and follow-up measures.
6. Develop inspection methodologies to minimize risks identified from inspection results, utilizing best outgoing inspection practices. Evaluate the appropriateness of current inspections.
7. Understand defects experienced by customers. Conduct activities to develop assessment methods that prevent similar defects.

• Develops professional expertise by adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Works on problems of moderate scope, analyzing situations or data considering various factors.
• Uses judgment within established procedures to determine appropriate actions.
• Typically receives general instructions for routine work and detailed guidance for new projects or assignments.
• Generally requires a bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of related experience, or an advanced degree without experience.
