What you will do

At Renault Trucks Turkey, you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry, and society at large.

The main responsibilities of the position are:

• Controlling parts pricing, special offers, and the profitability of spare parts
• Coordinating parts-related issues between headquarters and warehouse
• Providing technical support for parts-related queries
• Managing safety stock and orders with the warehouse
• Monitoring spare parts sales performance of the head office and dealer network, and implementing actions for best-selling, declining, or non-selling parts
• Benchmarking spare parts and analyzing prices among market competitors
• Increasing partnerships with local suppliers
• Managing logistics, pricing, marketing, and sales processes for special product groups such as oil, batteries, tires, etc.
• Managing commercial campaigns to increase parts sales
• Supporting dealers with parts-related issues
• Ensuring parts availability for Renault Trucks Turkey and retail outlets
• Preparing, updating, and presenting sales and activity reports related to spare parts on a daily, monthly, and annual basis
