Job Description

• Ensure timely fulfillment of production plans and order completion.
• Monitor and enforce quality standards across the manufacturing process.
• Maintain strict adherence to occupational health and safety regulations.
• Plan and manage personnel deployment across multiple shifts.
• Oversee project execution ensuring schedules and budgets are met.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts to optimize production efficiency and process reliability.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to team members and supervisors.
• Collaborate with engineering partners that are located abroad to introduce new manufacturing processes and technologies.
• Analyze production trends and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate and schedule functional testing and support design and process change management.

The Successful Applicant

• Several years of experience with managerial duties inadvanced multi material structures production.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with proven experience managing multi-shift teams.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, mechanical engineering, process engineering, or a related technical field.
• Solid understanding of production planning, scheduling, and control.
• Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., APQP, PPAP) and a strong quality mindset.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations applicable to industrial manufacturing.
• Demonstrated project management skills with experience meeting deadlines and cost targets.
• Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and the ability to engage diverse teams.
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Confident user of standard office software; experience with ERP systems (such as SAP) is an advantage.
• Experience leading workers in a multi-shift production system.
• Experience in manufacturing environments with material layup, bonding, and infusion techniques is an advantage.
