Job Description
- Ensure timely fulfillment of production plans and order completion.
- Monitor and enforce quality standards across the manufacturing process.
- Maintain strict adherence to occupational health and safety regulations.
- Plan and manage personnel deployment across multiple shifts.
- Oversee project execution ensuring schedules and budgets are met.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts to optimize production efficiency and process reliability.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to team members and supervisors.
- Collaborate with engineering partners that are located abroad to introduce new manufacturing processes and technologies.
- Analyze production trends and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate and schedule functional testing and support design and process change management.
The Successful Applicant
- Several years of experience with managerial duties inadvanced multi material structures production.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with proven experience managing multi-shift teams.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, mechanical engineering, process engineering, or a related technical field.
- Solid understanding of production planning, scheduling, and control.
- Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., APQP, PPAP) and a strong quality mindset.
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations applicable to industrial manufacturing.
- Demonstrated project management skills with experience meeting deadlines and cost targets.
- Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and the ability to engage diverse teams.
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Confident user of standard office software; experience with ERP systems (such as SAP) is an advantage.
- Experience leading workers in a multi-shift production system.
- Experience in manufacturing environments with material layup, bonding, and infusion techniques is an advantage.
