Job summary

DP World in Istanbul, Türkiye seeks a Warehouse Operations Executive to manage inbound/outbound goods, inventory, and shipments in a dynamic facility. You will ensure safety compliance, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and drive process improvements to optimize the end-to-end warehouse workflow.

The ideal candidate has 5–6 years in warehouse operations, strong English communication, and hands-on experience with WMS and SAP, plus proficiency in Excel for reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Executive to join our team in Istanbul, Türkiye. In this role, you will manage inbound and outbound goods, maintain accurate inventory, coordinate shipments, and ensure smooth warehouse operations in compliance with safety standards

Your Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and accurate execution of goods receiving, product placement, shipment, and return processes.
• Carry out accurate stock tracking, oversee inventory counts, and maintain inventory accuracy across all operations.
• Analyze workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement practices that save time and resources.
• Work in coordination with logistics, billing, domestic transport, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operation across the entire supply chain.
• Prepare daily operational reports, maintain accurate system entries, and ensure all required documentation is properly completed.
  

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration,
• Minimum 5-6 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, product stock management, 3PL warehouse management -related roles.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate within the company and with external partners.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to track, analyze, and resolve operational discrepancies.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP platforms (e.g., SAP), and Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel).
• Skilled in time management, prioritization, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills; ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Proactive in identifying process bottlenecks and proposing practical solutions.
• Strong team player with a collaborative mindset and a willingness to support cross-functional operations.
• Comfortable working in dynamic environments with changing priorities and operational demands.

Ability to work in a warehouse environment, including standing for long periods and performing physical tasks when needed.
