Job summary

DP World in Istanbul, Türkiye seeks a Warehouse Operations Executive to manage inbound/outbound goods, inventory, and shipments in a dynamic facility. You will ensure safety compliance, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and drive process improvements to optimize the end-to-end warehouse workflow.

The ideal candidate has 5–6 years in warehouse operations, strong English communication, and hands-on experience with WMS and SAP, plus proficiency in Excel for reporting and analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
• 5–6 years of experience in warehouse operations and related roles.
• Proficiency with WMS, SAP, and Excel; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate execution of goods receiving, placement, shipment, and return processes.
• Carry out accurate stock tracking, oversee inventory counts, and maintain inventory accuracy across all operations.
• Analyze workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement practices that save time and resources.
• Coordinate with logistics, billing, domestic transport, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operation.
• Prepare daily operational reports and maintain accurate system entries and documentation.
