What Do We Expect from You?
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field,
- Minimum 7 years of hands‑on experience in warehouse and logistics shipment processes,
- Preferably experienced in or strongly familiar with operational processes of highly automated warehouse systems (e.g., ASRS, Shuttle, Miniload, Goods-to-Person),
- Strong project management mindset with a focus on process development, continuous improvement, an interest in next-generation logistics technologies, and the ability to contribute to digital transformation,
- Strong background in KPI management, operational performance analysis, budget/productivity tracking, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong leadership, team development, planning, and coordination skills,
- Sufficient English language skills to follow technical documentation and conduct written communication,
- Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and warehouse automation software,
- Experienced in preparing annual operational budgets, setting cost targets, resource planning, and tracking budget variance,
- High awareness of Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) management systems,
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications,
- Valid Class B driver’s license with active driving experience,
- Military service completed for male candidates,
- Flexibility to adapt to a high‑tempo work environment based on operational needs.
Job Description:
- Manage shipment processes accurately in terms of timing, performance, and execution in accordance with company goals, principles, and procedures,
- Lead operational teams, manage the performance of shipment staff, and support their professional development,
- Coordinate with the Transportation department to monitor and improve operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including daily vehicle routing, parcel/vehicle fill rates, loading times, and shipment accuracy,
- Collaborate with the Product Receiving/Inbound department to resolve stock discrepancies, uphold packaging standards, and eliminate operational flow bottlenecks,
- Work in alignment with the Value-Added Services (VAS) team to ensure export shipment handovers and processes are executed seamlessly and according to Schedule,
- Partner with the Business Development team to conduct process analyses, develop efficiency-enhancing projects using Agile methodologies, and actively contribute to digital transformation initiatives,
- Optimize the use of operational resources and consumables, coordinating with Maintenance to maintain high equipment availability and operational continuity,
- Continuously improve operations across quality, cost, speed, and employee development dimensions to prepare warehouse operations for future requirements,
- Prepare annual operational budgets, track expenditures against approved targets, analyze budget variances, and take corrective action plans as needed,
- Promote Quality, Sustainability, and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards across the team and actively participate in OHS meetings to maintain regulatory compliance.
