Job summary

NativeMinds is seeking a User Acquisition Specialist with 1–2 years of experience to scale our global consumer subscription products. You will own paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok, while analyzing CAC, ROAS, and retention and partnering with Creative, Product, and Data teams to optimize funnels using AI tools.

You will contribute to growth through experimentation and data-driven decision-making, collaborating across disciplines to drive scalable results for our growing subscriber

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in User Acquisition, Performance Marketing, Growth, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major paid acquisition platform (Meta, Google, or TikTok).
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Understanding of key performance metrics such as CAC, CPI, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and LTV.
• Ownership mindset, curiosity, and ability to learn and move fast.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

We're looking for a User Acquisition Specialist with 1–2 years of experience to help us scale our consumer subscription products across global markets.
