Mobiversite is a fast‑growing tech company building mobile apps and web apps that reach millions of users globally. We’re looking for a proactive User Acquisition Manager with strong communication skills and a willingness to take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Create, launch, and continuously monitor campaigns across multiple advertising channels to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Own the marketing analytics stack end‑to‑end—maintain accurate tracking, build reliable dashboards, and translate results into actionable recommendations.
• Analyze data to uncover trends, optimize campaigns, and make data‑driven decisions.
• Work closely with product managers to ensure growth initiatives map to business goals and product roadmaps.
• Develop and test innovative marketing strategies to fuel app growth and long‑term user value.
• Partner with the creative team to turn performance learnings into clear briefs and high‑impact new ad assets.
• Collaborate with design, product, and engineering teams to align marketing efforts with overall company vision.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing and mobile growth trends; explore and share new tools, platforms, and approaches.
• Encourage fresh thinking, challenge assumptions, and inspire creative problem‑solving across the team.

Requirements

• Previous experience working directly on mobile app products is a must.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in mobile app performance marketing, growth, product marketing, or related growth‑focused roles.
• Strong hands‑on experience managing paid acquisition campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Experience owning B2C subscription funnels across web and/or mobile, including onboarding, conversion, and retention flows.
• Deep understanding of growth metrics including CPI, CPA, ROAS, retention, LTV, attribution, and incrementality.
• Strong experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, cohort analysis, and journey analysis.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with Product, Creative, and Engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of GA4, Firebase, Adjust, and related analytics tools.
• Professional proficiency in English.
