Job summary

BD Istanbul is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the commercial performance of the UCC portfolio across Turkey. You will develop annual business plans, manage distributors, and drive revenue growth through strategic account planning and execution excellence.

You will build strong partnerships with distributors, healthcare professionals, procurement leaders, and key institutions, delivering financial targets and expanding market share while aligning with BD's priorities and standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and active market knowledge of Turkey.
5 years of successful medical devices or healthcare sales with leadership experience.
Proven track record of sustainable growth and market share gains.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute annual business plans to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
Drive growth of the UCC portfolio across existing and new customer segments.
Lead strategic account planning and opportunity management in Turkey.
Manage distributor relationships to meet sales and profitability targets.
Deliver accurate forecasts and perform regular business reviews.
Monitor market trends, identify opportunities, and execute growth programs.
Collaborate with Marketing, Education, Regulatory, Supply Chain and Finance teams.
Ensure compliance with BD policies and uphold high ethical standards.
