MUK is seeking a Business Development Manager (IT Distribution) to expand our vendor network and footprint across new territories. You will negotiate contracts, analyze markets, and collaborate with internal teams to drive growth and meet KPI targets.

The role requires a strong background in IT distribution, executive-level negotiation, and willingness to travel. English fluency and a deep understanding of IT vendors will be essential for success.

Competenze

• Higher education in economics, management, or IT is preferred.
• 3+ years as a product manager in IT, a product group, or with a vendor.
• Negotiation skills at executive level are required.
• Experience in contract negotiation and building partnerships.
• Proven experience in negotiating and signing distribution agreements with Tier 1 IT vendors.
• Knowledge of IT equipment market, major vendors, and distributors.
• Analytical skills to draw conclusions from data.
• Experience working with 2-3+ IT A-brand offices to resolve issues at decision level.
• Fluent in English (minimum B1).
• Willingness to travel frequently.

• Search for new vendors and establish contractual relationships with existing vendors in new territories for IT equipment and software distribution.
