Job summary

Turhost Web Hosting, part of the team.blue family, seeks a Commercial Director to own the Turkish business and drive sustainable revenue growth through acquisition, retention and value creation. You will lead local marketing and Customer Care, coordinate with regional leaders, and translate Group strategy, products and growth programs into effective local execution.

The role requires proven experience in e-commerce, SaaS or digital services, strong analytical skills and stakeholder management

Qualifications

• Proven revenue growth leadership in SaaS, hosting or digital services.
• Experience with customer lifecycle management (acquisition, activation, retention).
• Strong analytical and commercial decision-making skills.
• Stakeholder management across local, regional and matrix organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own Turkish brands revenue targets and profitability.
• Lead revenue planning, forecasting and commercial investment planning.
• Drive customer lifecycle optimization across acquisition, activation, retention and expansion.
• Coordinate product launches and go-to-market initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Align local activities with Group programs and best practices.
