In this highly visible role, you will drive product adoption and reduce critical issues by leading environment health recommendations and executing strategic Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).

Qualifications

3+ years in TAM/CS/SE or similar role.
Experience handling critical technical escalations.
Experience with project management methodologies.
Experience delivering technical demos to diverse audiences.
Fluency in English and Turkish.

Responsabilités

Deliver onboarding programs to ensure rapid platform adoption.
Lead environment health assessments and provide actionable optimization recommendations.
Manage and resolve critical customer escalations to minimize downtime.
Collaborate across Sales, Product Management, and CX to align on customer needs.
Execute QBRs with executive leadership to demonstrate platform value.
Drive adoption and sustain high customer satisfaction.
