Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience as a technical advisor across pre-sales, onboarding, and deployment architecture.
• Willingness to travel up to 20–50% as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical validation with Account Executives and map customer infrastructure to Cloudflare architectures.
• Own onboarding, deployment architecture, and lifecycle expansion as a trusted advisor.
• Drive customer adoption, value realization, and expansion through structured engagements.
• Provide education and enablement resources to customers and internal teams.
• Leverage AI-driven workflows to automate routine tasks and accelerate outcomes.
