Job summary
SIHAMCO is seeking an exceptional Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in bringing a Turkish fine‑dining concept to life, celebrating Turkey’s heritage and premium ingredients. The role focuses on authentic Turkish flavours, contemporary presentation and high‑end standards in a Saudi Arabia setting with visa support.
The candidate should possess strong Turkish cuisine knowledge and prior experience in fine dining, with responsibilities spanning kitchen leadership, menu development and staff
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional culinary experience with 2+ years in a Sous Chef or supervisory role in fine dining or premium venues.
- Strong understanding of Turkish cuisine and regional influences (Aegean, Mediterranean, Anatolian, Ottoman).
- Experience leading kitchen operations, menu trials and staff training.
Responsibilities
- Support Head Chef in culinary direction and execution of the Turkish fine‑dining concept.
- Supervise daily food preparation, mise en place and service across sections.
- Lead kitchen during service and ensure mise en place and plating standards.
- Assist with menu development, recipe testing, tastings and trials.
- Ensure HACCP and hygiene compliance and coordinate with Front of House.
