Job summary

SIHAMCO is seeking a Head Chef to lead the Turkish fine-dining concept with authentic flavours and modern presentation in a premium Saudi setting.

The role requires extensive leadership experience in Turkish cuisine, strong cost management, and a track record in luxury hospitality. You will drive menu development, kitchen standards and a high-performing team across opening and ongoing operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8+ years in senior culinary roles, with Head Chef or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Turkish cuisine and regional diversity.
• Experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality or premium restaurants.
• Proven ability to lead multinational kitchen teams.
• Thorough understanding of food safety, HACCP and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead culinary vision and execution of the Turkish fine-dining concept.
• Oversee pre-opening culinary activities and SOP development.
• Manage day-to-day kitchen operations and high-volume service while maintaining quality.
• Control food cost, yields, waste and stock levels; work with cost controllers.
• Recruit, mentor and develop a multicultural kitchen brigade.
• Ensure flawless plating, presentation and guest experience.
