SIHAMCO is seeking a Head Chef to lead a Turkish fine-dining concept in Saudi Arabia, blending Turkey's regional heritage with modern luxury dining. You will direct culinary strategy, menu development, and signature dishes, while preserving authenticity and high-standard execution.
The role requires strong leadership, fine-dining experience and excellence in cost control, menu engineering and food safety. Visa and relocation support are provided.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of senior culinary leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of Turkish regional cuisines.
- Experience in fine dining and luxury hospitality.
Responsabilités
- Lead the culinary vision for the Turkish fine-dining concept and ensure authentic flavour with contemporary presentation.
- Develop sophisticated Turkish-inspired menus reflecting regional diversity.
- Create signature dishes, set plating standards and portion controls.
- Lead culinary trials, tastings and opening preparations for pre-opening success.
- Manage day-to-day kitchen operations, staff development and high-volume service while maintaining quality.
- Drive food cost, yields, waste control and inventory in collaboration with management.
- Ensure HACCP, food safety, hygiene standards across the kitchen.
- Collaborate with Front of House to deliver a seamless guest experience.
