Kingfa Sci.&Tech. Co., Ltd. is seeking a sales professional to manage the Turkey market.

You will maintain existing customers, develop new ones, and oversee the full sales cycle from quotation to contract signing. You will liaise with the overseas delivery team to ensure accurate requirements and timely delivery, while handling AR inquiries and after-sales coordination. The role requires at least 2 years of local sales experience (fresh grads with internships welcome), willingness to travel ~3

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Materials Science and Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering) or equivalent.
• Sales internship experience is preferred for fresh graduates.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the Turkey market for candidates with full-time sales experience.
• Experience in plastic materials manufacturers or traders or plastic-related roles within the automotive industry (Tier 1 & 2 suppliers).
• Willingness for frequent business travel (approx. 3 days per week).
• Team player and able to align with team decisions.
• Cross-culture collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English (verbal & written, including professional email communication).

Responsabilités

• Maintain existing customer relationships and proactively develop new customers in the Turkey market.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including quotation, negotiation, and contract signing, to achieve sales targets.
• Act as the commercial interface between the customer and the overseas delivery team, ensuring customer requirements are communicated and delivery progress is followed up.
• Follow up on accounts receivable and respond promptly to commercial inquiries, coordinating with the delivery team on after-sales matters.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
