TecAlliance seeks a contract Technical Consultant (m/f/d) to support the regional sales team with focused technical guidance. Ideal location is Istanbul or nearby. The role emphasizes pre-sales analysis, documentation, and strong data tech expertise.

You will work with the sales team daily to drive the regional growth targets. Requirements include a CS/IT degree and 3+ years in technical consulting or related roles, with fluency in English and Turkish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Technical Consulting, Presales, project management, or product implementation in the data industry.
• Strong knowledge of data technologies, databases, and data integration.

Responsabilités

• Analyzing customer requirements and documenting requirements to support pre-sales onboarding and training.
• Maintaining customer relationships while improving their processes.
• Developing and maintaining technical documentation, including design specs, implementation guides, user manuals, and project records.
• Providing technical consultation on data architecture, integration, and management best practices and troubleshooting issues.

In this contract role you will be our local expert (m/f/d) providing a focused technical support to our local sales team in the region to sustain sales growth strategy. Preferably, you are located in Istanbul or nearby areas.

During your first chat with us, you’ll get to know some of the people you’ll be working with.Your team collaborates daily and continuously improves the status quo to achieve together the sales targets.

Main Responsibilities:

• Analyzing customer requirements and documenting requirements supporting the pre-sales process and successfully onboarding and training customers.

• Maintaining customer relationships while improving their processes.

• Developing and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, implementation guides, user manuals, and records of project activities and client interactions.

• Providing technical consultation on data architecture, integration, and management best practices, assisting in the design, development, and implementation of data solutions while promptly troubleshooting issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Technical Consultant, Presales, project management, or product implementation (IT and software) or a similar role in the data industry.

• Strong knowledge of data technologies, databases, and data integration.

• Experience with data formats like XML, JSON and SQL.

• Programming language skills for Web Services (e. g. C#, Java, JavaScript, PHP).

• Business fluent in English and Turkish.
