Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline such as electrical, electronics, mechatronics, telecommunications, mechanical, or industrial engineering.
• Relevant experience in technical sales, sales engineering, application engineering, business development, or customer-facing engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to translate customer requirements into commercially valuable solutions.
• Experience in account growth, opportunity development, and commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow assigned customer accounts, including pipeline growth and revenue performance.
• Develop strategic relationships with engineering, procurement, design, and commercial stakeholders.
• Identify and develop opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
• Drive technical design-in activity and coordinate required support to secure design wins.
• Convert design wins into revenue by guiding opportunities through the full sales cycle.
• Develop and execute account plans covering priorities, pipelines, stakeholders, and growth.
• Engage distribution partners to expand market coverage.
• Deliver value-based solutions aligning Molex capabilities with customer objectives.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, marketing, service, and operations teams to deliver solutions.
• Provide market intelligence to inform priorities and growth plans.
• Maintain accurate CRM/ERP data and participate in industry events.
