Job summary

El Sewedy Polymers, the polymers arm of Elsewedy Electric Group in Istanbul, seeks a Sales Manager to lead masterbatch growth in Turkey. You will own market plans, drive revenue, and manage key accounts with a strong technical and supply backbone.

You will coordinate with technical service teams on trials, color approvals and new grades, while navigating regulatory requirements and FX credit risks. Travel across Turkey is required as the business grows.

Qualifications

8+ years in B2B sales of masterbatch, polymers, compounds or plastics additives.
At least 3 years covering the Turkish market.
Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Polymer or Materials Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field.

Responsibilities

Build and execute the Turkey masterbatch market plan (annual and 3-year) with target segments, key accounts, value propositions and pricing.
Grow position across white, black, colour and additive masterbatch in multiple packaging and film segments.
Cover key industrial clusters through direct accounts and distributors or agents.
Run the full sales cycle: prospecting, technical trials, first orders and volume ramp-up with a CRM-tracked pipeline.
Develop key-account plans to expand share of wallet and long-term supply agreements.
Negotiate price, Incoterms, payment terms and supply models within approved limits.
