Binance in Turkey is seeking a highly execution-oriented Community & Events Manager to lead offline activations, local partnerships, and content collaboration. You will drive growth through local events, creator partnerships, and engaging campaigns that resonant with Turkish users.

The role requires hands-on event execution, budget discipline, and strong cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Partnerships, and Product teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in event marketing or community activations.
• Hands-on, end-to-end offline event execution at scale.
• Proven budget management, supplier coordination, and cost tracking.
• Deep understanding of the Turkish market, culture, and content ecosystems.
• Experience managing KOLs/creators for local campaigns is preferred.
• Strong execution mindset, organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Fluent Turkish and English communications.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly execution-oriented Community & Events Manager to lead Binance’s offline community activations, local content collaboration, and user-facing engagement in Turkey. This role will focus primarily on planning and delivering high-quality events, building local partnerships, and working with creators and KOLs to turn local presence and content into real growth impact.

This is a hands‑on role that requires strong large‑scale event execution experience, careful budget management, a strong understanding of local content ecosystems, and a clear view of how content can drive user acquisition and market relevance. The ideal candidate should understand the Turkish market well, be highly proactive, and be comfortable working across cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

Offline Events & Activations

• Plan, organize, and execute offline events end to end, including meetups, workshops, sponsorship activations, and flagship events
• Manage all key elements of execution, including venues, speakers, partners, suppliers, logistics, budget tracking, and on‑site delivery
• Support Binance’s presence in major local events and ensure high execution quality across user‑facing activations
• Track attendance, engagement, feedback, and event performance

Local Partnerships & Ecosystem Development

• Build and maintain relationships with local communities, universities, content creators, strategic partners, and relevant local ecosystems
• Identify local partnership opportunities that can strengthen Binance’s visibility and user reach in Turkey
• Support collaboration opportunities with local organizations, gaming communities, youth groups, and other audience‑relevant networks

KOL & Content Collaboration

• Manage relationships with local KOLs and creators, including onboarding, briefing, coordination, and performance follow‑up
• Work closely with creators and content partners to ensure local relevance and strong execution quality
• Help shape creator collaboration around key campaigns, events, and growth priorities
• Contribute to a stronger local content engine by identifying voices, formats, and narratives that resonate with Turkish users

Growth‑Focused Community Engagement

• Develop local activations, campaigns, competitions, and educational initiatives that support user acquisition and engagement
• Bring a strong understanding of content‑led growth and help translate local user insights into growth opportunities
• Collect and communicate actionable feedback from users and local audiences to internal teams
• Monitor user sentiment, local trends, and recurring issues that may affect campaign performance or market relevance

SWAG & Inventory

• Manage community SWAG inventory, stock levels, and local distribution
• Coordinate SWAG needs for events, campaigns, Angels, and internal stakeholder requests
• Track suppliers, logistics, warehouse stock, and distribution

Reporting & Collaboration

• Track KPIs across event performance, creator/KOL output, and local engagement initiatives
• Prepare regular reports, insights, and post‑event summaries
• Work closely with Marketing, Social, Product, BD, Events, Compliance, and other teams to improve local execution quality and user impact

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in event marketing, community activations, local marketing, creator management, or related roles
• Strong hands‑on experience in organizing offline events end to end, including large‑scale or flagship events
• Proven ability to manage budgets carefully and efficiently, including supplier coordination, cost tracking, and spending discipline
• Strong understanding of the Turkish market, local culture, and content ecosystem
• Good understanding of how local content and KOL collaboration can support growth
• Experience managing KOLs, creators, or local content partnerships is highly preferred
• Strong execution mindset with the ability to manage multiple moving parts at once
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented
• Fluent in Turkish and English
• Experience in crypto, fintech, gaming, entertainment, or internet/platform businesses is a plus
