Job Summary

The Transportation and New Flows Engineer is responsible for leading transportation readiness activities and managing the implementation of new logistics flows across the MEA Region. The role supports the design and optimisation of transportation networks, including inbound and outbound transport as well as warehousing operations, while ensuring seamless integration with logistics partners and internal stakeholders. In addition, the position oversees the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of logistics flows within ICT systems, driving the implementation of new digital tools and ensuring operational readiness for new projects and customer requirements.

Role and Responsibilities

Work in a multicultural environment, coordinating activities across Stellantis departments and with external partners, including joint ventures, logistics providers and 3PL/4PL service providers. The position requires strong cross-functional coordination skills and an open-minded mindset.

Flow Readiness Process:

• Ensure flow launches for each MEA customer are delivered in line with project timelines and targets,
• Monitor process progress and manage deviations,
• Improve the process by proposing new approaches and ICT tools.

Network Design:

• Collect and integrate project requirements for transport and warehousing capacity,
• Design solutions covering space, operating models and ICT requirements,
• Contribute to the preparation and definition of Statements of Requirements (SORs),
• Work with Global Interregional Flows to identify MEA transport requirements and include them in future tenders,
• Ensure Stellantis compliance rules are applied across all activities,
• Implement solutions approved by the relevant project teams.

Transport & Warehousing:

• Maintain up-to-date data in ICT systems, including iTMS and CORAIL,
• Integrate new transport and logistics flows,
• Prepare and define SORs for service providers, including Transport Control Tower, and Warehouse Logistics Providers,
• Define Statements of Work (SOWs) in collaboration with suppliers.

Transformation & Improvements:

• Assess new transport and warehousing solutions,
• Identify opportunities to reduce lead times and total landed costs,
• Improve processes and data management, including the use of AI features,
• Support the deployment of new ICT tools.

Qualifications

• Education: Master's degree level or equivalent,
• Experience: Experience in transport and logistics,
• Languages: Fluency in English is required. French needed,
• Skills and abilities: Autonomous, collaborative, proactive, agile and adaptable, with strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel; Power BI knowledge is an advantage,
• Personal qualities: Positive, enthusiastic, highly motivated and open to change,
• Mobility: Available for national and international travel,
• AI competencies: Ability to use AI tools to support data analysis, reporting, process optimization and decision-making.
