Job summary

INATIS is hiring a Supply Chain Flow Readiness Coordinator based in Istanbul to lead the implementation, launch and operational readiness of intercontinental supply chain flows across the MEA region.

This role is hands-on and project-oriented, focusing on setting up logistics flows, coordinating stakeholders, implementing processes and ensuring flows are ready for production. Strong analytical and coordination skills are essential; fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Transport, Operations or a related field.
• Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transport and/or Project Management.
• Good knowledge of Transport, Packaging, Warehousing, Manufacturing and BOM.
• Experience in implementing, coordinating or improving operational processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Structured, rigorous and hands-on approach.
• Strong ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage priorities.
• Good knowledge of data analysis tools and interest in AI applied to Supply Chain and process improvement.
• Professional English required.
• French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation and launch of new intercontinental Supply Chain flows.
• Define, implement and follow up the required logistics processes and operational flows.
• Act as the key operational contact for Supply Chain and logistics flow-related topics.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including Purchasing, Packaging, Transport, Manufacturing and Engineering.
• Ensure the availability and accuracy of the data required to set up and secure the flows.
• Monitor project milestones, action plans, risks and potential bottlenecks.
• Follow up the operational readiness of flows through to production launch.
• Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Monitor logistics costs and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate with Global and Regional Supply Chain teams on Transport, Warehousing and Packaging projects.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and process optimisation initiatives.
