INATIS is hiring – Supply Chain Flow Readiness Coordinator | Istanbul
As part of the development of our activities, INATIS is looking for a Supply Chain Flow Readiness Coordinator to support the implementation, launch and operational readiness of intercontinental supply chain flows across the Middle East & Africa (MEA) region.
This is an operational and project-oriented role, focused on setting up logistics flows, coordinating stakeholders, implementing processes and ensuring that flows are ready and secured for production.
- Coordinate the implementation and launch of new intercontinental Supply Chain flows.
- Define, implement and follow up the required logistics processes and operational flows.
- Act as the key operational contact for Supply Chain and logistics flow-related topics.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including Purchasing, Packaging, Transport, Manufacturing and Engineering.
- Ensure the availability and accuracy of the data required to set up and secure the flows.
- Monitor project milestones, action plans, risks and potential bottlenecks.
- Follow up the operational readiness of flows through to production launch.
- Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Monitor logistics costs and identify potential cost‑saving opportunities.
- Coordinate with Global and Regional Supply Chain teams on Transport, Warehousing and Packaging projects.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and process optimisation initiatives.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Transport, Operations or a related field.
- Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transport and/or Project Management.
- Good overall understanding of Supply Chain processes and logistics flows, from sourcing and material availability through transport and delivery to the plant.
- Good knowledge of Transport, Packaging, Warehousing, Manufacturing and Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Experience in implementing, coordinating or improving operational processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Structured, rigorous and hands-on approach.
- Strong ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage priorities.
- Good knowledge of data analysis tools and interest in AI applied to Supply Chain and process improvement.
- Professional English required.
- French is a plus.
National and international mobility required.
